Default What size charge piping?

Some guy local has charge piping that is 3", my intercooler is also 3" in/out. But my turbo has a 2.5" out, will it hurt anything to run 3" charge piping?

It wouldn't hurt at all, and you should go with the 3" since thats what the intercooler inlet and outlet are.

I didnt know if it would create excess turbo lag or not. I was going to run 2.5" to the intercooler and 2.5" after also. Looks like ill pick up this 3" piping then. Thanks

Yup. Plus it gives you a little more room to grow if you choose to use a larger turbo sometime in the future.

3" will not hurt a thing. I run 3" as a standard. Never had any issues with Lag.
