Default Questions on future build.........

Here are my plans for the future. The future being probably 2 or 3 years depending on what my financial situation looks like.

I would like to do a forged 402 LS2 or 408 LQ4 (depending on funds) with a procharger F1R and turn my car into a full drag car running mid to low 8's. I know that a F1R can push cars into the 7's but for the class I want to run at the local track a FI intercooled car has to weigh atleast 3100lbs. The cars in the class run in the 5.15 to 5.30 range with the fastest car running about 5.08.

Now my car is pretty much stock but first I would like to do a 402 with about 10:1 compression. I know 10:1 isnt ideal but the car will probably be N/A for atleast 8 to 9 months before I can get the SC. When the car is full race I will be running 116 octane and I was wondering if a full bore F1R on 116 octane race fuel will be a problem?
