If i use a 4.1 crank and 6.125 rod sizeand hone my 6L cast iron block to minimal clean up , could i boost it with a vortech and be safe.Or would the stroke pull the piston to far down in the bore. :chug:

Don't do it. It pushes the wrist pin too high in the piston as well as brings the piston down too far in the bore. Not recommended for anything but N/A engines. Just turn the boost up another pound.
