Default Twin turbo downpipe options

I'm in the middle of putting twin turbonetics 76's in my T/A. They sit behind the headlights. The setup I have has a 3" elbow coming out of each turbo, then they merge into a 4" single pipe. It is supposed to exit between the motor and the k member on the passenger side. It must have been designed around the Spohn solid mounts, cause it won't fit between my BMR k member and motor....I don't really have alot of options since it's a truck manifold setup...I thought of running the downpipes out in front of the front wheels but I'm not sure it will pass PA. inspection that way.

-Should the downpipes merge to monitor the AFR?... (My BS3 only has one wideband)
-Is 4" too restrictive for 2 76mm turbos anyway?...
-Would dual 3.5" pipes help or 3" for that matter?...

Any pics or help would be appreciated!

What size comes off turbos? I think your best bet would be to swap to a bmr turbo kmember and run a DP back off each one. You could do a cutout in each one and then merge into your exhaust. I'm guessing you'd need your BS3 reworked for dual widebands as well.

3 inch off the turbos. I won't be running the exhaust all the way back. I'm trying to make it work with the K member I have..

What's the difference if I only have one wideband in a merge pipe? Monitoring both sides would be nice, but on single setups most guys only have one wideband monitoring both sides

Having a wideband on both side will help you diagnose potential problems.

two widebands are always better than one but if you want simplicity then one on the passenger side (as i believe that is the side that tends to run a bit leaner?) would work.
