Default is this possible?

if i had a forged 6L (hopefully 402/8) motor built with about 8-8.5:1 cr, would it give me problems or ride too much like crap if it took me a while to get the procharger installed? If it was tuned without boost, would this make it safer?

No issues what so ever with a decent tune. I have done that exact thing several times. It allows you to break the engine in N/A to boot.

nice!! that's very inspiring lol. so when i get the procharger, all i have to do is install and get a re-tune. i have heard the car will be sluggish and slow with such a slow cr, but it was a very long time ago and i couldn't find the thread anymore. thanks for your input!
