This is what I'm thinking it could be since it's doin it without the blower belt on. that eliminates the tensioner for the SC. It's not uncommon for the serpentine tensioner to go out though. If thats it might as well upgrade to a billet unit.

Bob, do you have a larger circumference idler? Is there a reason I couldn't run one?
