what gears do you have? that isnt bad but it seems like it could be better. with the 4l60, stall and 3.23 i would get about 150miles to 1/4 tank.

maybe that low compression is hurting it

Hey genius, you cant check your spark plugs in the middle of a pull.If your pump starts failing or an injector starts to get pluged or something else happens you wont know until after you blow something up

I will agree that it is just wise to have a wideband, you don't want to be in a wot pull and go lean. But I have 3.73 gears and I get about 170ish at the 1/4 and I have a really heavy foot. damn boost is so much fun....oh back on topic yeah I would get a wideband to see what it is at cruising but how bad is the stop and go that could be it also?

Eventhough sic lsx might have not said it in the best way, he was completely correct. There is not a good reason for not having a wideband on the car, it is very cheap insurance. It would also help diagnos this problem.

Thats way low. With my new motor and partially tuned 60# injectors I got 200 miles on the 1st tank and 230 out of the 2nd tank with a 1/4 left. about 50% highway. Its really rich at cold startup, not so bad on hot cruise.

I'd say something's off.

i guess ill be getting a wideband thanks for the tip SIC LSX, i have all the time now since i put my car away for the winter. how much a wideband cost anyway ?
