Neeinfo on 01 ls1 heads and Lq4

Neeinfo on 01 ls1 heads and Lq4 found a 01 ls1 motor with everything. but its flooded. for 750. i need alot of the parts for my conversion in my mustang. im picking up an LQ4 as well. are the heads on the ls1 going to be better for boost than the ones on the lq4. and what about the intake run the ls1 intake or an ls6? or in 01 are they the same. i couldnt find the sticky that listed the different changes for the years.
Im looking to run 14lbs on a lq4 bottom end with arp rod bolts. a turbo grind cam and back by a built t-56. any recomendations for a very quick spooling turbo or should i plan on going twin with a 6 speed for quicker spool time?
