Viper: You are probably leaning out at the top because you have maxxed out your mass air flow sensor. When that happens the pcm can't add fuel for the extra air we are putting in, so it goes lean. You can add fuel manually in the pe table with LS1 edit. I don't understand why you have 30lb injectors instead of 38lb injectors.
I think with the 2.5" pulley you will be overspinning the blower a little at 6k rpms. If your compression ratio was higher you would be making more power. With the 2.75" pulley boost was 9. with the 2.5" pulley it is 10. But gained 50RWHP & 50RWTQ with the 2.5"pulley.
I think you will be fine with the 2.5"pulley. We have been overspinning the blower by about 10,000 rpms for about 2 years now.

I think they are 30lbs injectors I could be wrong. they are black with a red ring around it what size are they.....

They are the 38lb injectors that come with the vortech kit. They probably say rc racing on the red label. Those injectors should be good for close to600RWHP.
