Best motor for boost

I am building a turbo engine. I was wondering in stock form which would be better for 12 psi of boost. A 5.3 or lq4. What would make better power and so forth. This is going in a 4300 lb truck with a th350, 3000 stall. Looking for high 11's. Let me know what you think. Thanks, Jared

I would go for the lq4 if your keeping it stock, Lower compression and bigger CI over the 5.3l.

yes you would be able to make more power and it has more cubes can't beat boosting a 6.0L, hmmm don't they make 370's from LQ4/9?
