Default Tru boost setup help

Alright, how the heck do you program this thing? I read the manual but it sux! I am sick of running off the spring because of the inconsistent power. I want to set it where i am running 12psi all the time! Is there a write up somewhere how to program this or can someone help me out?

i have one of these you can set it a psi only a wastegate duty cycle , start at 10% and work your way up it holds mine just fine, make couple passes and up it correct pressure, hold both buttons 2 secs and then hit left button and set a setting to a10 and hit both buttons until it says run,
