Default Going for a turbo!!

Hey guys. I introduced myself in the Texas forum, though there's really not much to say. I did a LS1 T56 swap in 2001 in a 1971 Chevelle I just sold. I had the engine in and out of that car a few times in different configurations, with the up to recently plan to build a 427 or 441. My mind change a couple of times and I have now settled with a black 99 SS. Since purchasing the car I have decided to not build the big engine, and do a turbo. There will be lots of questions, and I bet the talented people here will be able to assist!

you will be amazed at the information this forum will yeild. the stickies are a great place to start with your platform. I bet you could damn near buy every part you need based on the info that can be found in the sticky section of this forum. i can think of 4 build just in the last 6 months that are recent enough to be on the first ten pages. so you will overwhelmed with info. lol. Good luck with your build and cant wait to see your progress. welcome to ls1tech.com

Are you planning to build it yourself? i can post links to the said threads, this forum will occupy every spare minute at times, theres so much info out there! best bet is to read all the stickies, twice if you have to, they will def put you on the right track.

Thanks for the advice. I've been "trolling" the forum and "stickies" for a while now. Take this link http://home-and-garden.webshots.com/...52715670hecIbv to see some pics of the Chevelle.
