ati blower pulley install question

does this look right?

i would have thought it needs to bottom out completely against the little ridge but this seems to be as far down as I can get it.

it seems ok to me, do you have the spacer installed under the pulley?

when you remove the pulley you will have a ring around the shaft that is about 1/8th of an inch thick.

i took a look at mine and it looks just like your pics.
the rusty part is the spacer i'm talking about.
it's not clear from your pics, but is the pully sitting flush against the spacer? if it isn't then there is a problem, maybe a bolt that is too long?
