Having problems getting my baro sensor (2bar map) to go in all the way Just like it says. I ordered the baro sensor from a cobalt. Trimmed the one side off like ive seen in pictures. I put a brand new grommet on it and went to put it in and it goes in but I cant get it to go in far enough for the tab on my ls6 intake to latch over it. Do I need to keep working on it or is it in good enough. It is almost there just not quite enough to latch over. I know the fast intake doesnt even have that latch; I just didn't know what would happen under boost.

I had this same problem it seems. I trimmed a little bit more off the side where you cut the ear off but I think I ended up shaving too much so be careful not to do that. 
I haven't been running mine long but under 5.8psi of boost mine's stayed in fine.
