How often to change NGK TR6 Plugs?

How often to change NGK TR6 Plugs? I'm approaching 10k miles on these plugs and was wondering what the recommended change interval is..

All depending on how you are with the car, I will do 5K miles just to be safe sometimes, always got to keep an eye on them with F.I.
if they are good then don't change them for a bit......
