Max Intercooler CFM

If I have a intercooler that flows a max of 2200cfm and then I mate it up with a D-1 procharger that flows a max of 1400cfm. Is it a good assumption that this intercooler will be a good match?.

2200 cfm and it has 2.5 inlet/outlets?

I I wondered the same thing, I guess I can have 3" end tanks put on?.

You don't need to change the end tank, you can just cut off the neck and weld on a 3 incher.

There's no reason it shouldn't. I doubt as well it flows 2200 with 2.5 inlets/outlets, but since the core is 3" thick you can run a 3" I/O for sure.

The core is 25x10 but the tanks are on the top and bottom, so are you sure you can fit it?

Well, I decided not to take a chance on that intercooler but a spearco dealer did email me and let me know that he has a 3-core sheet metal intercooler that will trully support upward towards 1000hp. So I think im going to check that out plus it has the end tanks on the same side the way I wanted it in the first place. It will look just like the intercooler at the bottom except it wont be from ati and the quality will be better.
