Inline Fuel Pump for alki injection kit???

Well, I think my AlkyControl (methanol spray) pump (looks like a ShurFlo pump) is dead, I'm wondering if I could just use a regular inline fuel pump as a replacement. -Thanks!

i think straight meth would mess up the seals in a regular fuel pump.

I think you're right, I just saw a fuel pump in jeg's catalogue that is apparently designed for methanol.

My pump quit too, so I got another one from Julio's Ebay store. After I changed the pumps, I sent the old one to him and he rebuilt for free. I just paid for the shipping and that's tough to beat. Now I have a spare.
