Anyone using an intercooler like this. I was thinking of using an intercooler with the pipes coming into it like this. What do you think.
It would save me a couple elbows and simplify the piping. I am going to be running a rear mounted tc78 and a 402. Do you think having it dropped down the air flow will be too restricted by the bottom of the rad support. Also the core is a bit smaller. Just wondering if anyone has done this.

What is the core, about 12x12x3"? 15 crosschannels for the hot air? It's a little small for a 402 and 78, IMO. Nothing wrong with the pipes coming in that way but you lose about 2% each for the sharp 90' angles.
