heres a video of the problem. the meter only reads to 16 but on the dyno its actually closer to 20:1 afr
you can see when i go WOT the afr goes back to normal. it does this with or without the turbo being connected....
you can hear the motor kinda "chugging"

I have a 347 with a front mount gt66 and .81a/r. Everyone told me it was to small too. . . after a 10.78 came up on the boards out of a stock engine they changed their minds. What kind of fuel pressure regulator are you using? I agree it has to be in the tune and not the turbo by watching your video. Depending on your regulator you can simulate the PE with fuel pressure.
man i would bet 100 bucks that its in your tune i would go to a great shop or order a tune from some one on here, also man STOP DRIVING YOUR CAR TILL ITS FIXED! you will blow it up the way it is right now 20:1 is ******* crazy
