Default add another map sensor or replace it?

I am looking to get a 2-bar map sensor to run with an aeroforce interceptor guage. They were recommending that I get another map sensor from them and "T" it in to the stock map sensor. Is this a good option? I would think it would just be easier to replace the stock map sensor with another one (that is 2-bar) that fits in the stock location and then only one would need to be on the car.

Yes if you just replace the factory sensor with a 2 bar the aeroforce gauges will read boost (manifold pressure in psi)

But you will need a 2 bar tune in conjunction with the sensor.
