Supercharged LT1 ???? need help

Supercharged LT1 ???? need help ok guys, This LT1 motor has a vortech V1 strim supercharger, and has recently rebuilt and has new seals and 65k bearings and a smaller pulley so its pulling around 9lbs of boost. It has never been tuned, before the supercharger was rebiult.
the car has only been driving about 45 miles since the supercharger rebuild and hasnt been tuned, since it has not been tuned @ full throttle it bounces off the rev limiter and wont shift until u let off the gas,
Is this bc it hasnt been tuned??? i was told after about 200 miles it will stop bc it will have a conservative tune and it will have learned itself, but it will still need to be tuned.
Or would it be a transmission problem??

hopefully your trans is not hurt. usually it is a tuning issue with these autos. when you add a good amount of power such as a supercharger the rpm's will ramp up a lot faster under full throttle and hit the rev limit before the trans will shift. i had the same problem when i added my charger and a buddy also had the same issue and it took a few attempts for the tuner to resolve it. you really need to hold off on the full throttle blasts without a tune. only saying this because i have been there and done that. it can become very expensive.
