real world gains with alkey injection?? i have been watching the QMP results and it looks prety cool to me. thinking about trying some alkey on my set up. how much does it help, spacificaly is there a certain amount or extra boost that i could run? or is there an equivilent type of race gas that it would emulate?
i will eventualy end up running a low compresion 409 with a smallish air to water intercooler, T76 single kit and as much boost as i can without detonation. 92 pump gas and probably alkey injection.

Basically if you run just alky it act as an octain booster. This is why alot of the Turbo Buicks are able to run 25+psi of boost on pump gas with this setup. It also serves as an anti detonate and help reduce iat's. Its pretty much a proven setup, if you goto turbobuick.com and do a search you'll get all the information you need.
