I'm going to step out on a limb and say that pic was taken when it was a turbo 3.4L. I can't remember for sure, since that was quite some time ago.

Looks great! As for the dry sump, that is only needed if you track the car. Wet sump should be fine for street use.

yea thats an old pic. The car doesn't look very good right now

it has been a long time since I first posted this thread. The owner of the car has been driving it around to break it in, and we were taking care of a few loose ends in the mean time. Finally took it to LMR here in Houston to be dyno tuned:

Car put down 924 RWHP on 13 lbs of boost on 93 octane only, no meth.
