Waste gate dumping, examples if possible
Waste gate dumping, examples if possible I'm working on a TT 5.3 project, and wanted to know if dumping the WGs into the atmosphere VS routing them into the down pipes had any pros/cons. If I run dual cut-out, when open I should still get my jet plane sound like in the video below?

In most cases, recirculation will hurt power. However, If it we're my street car, I would have properly sized turbo(s), downpipe(s) and definitely recirculate. The open WG noise would kill me.
I have personally seen plenty of cars make 1000+ rwhp with recirculated WG's. But people are correct by saying 99/100, open WG's are more efficient.
