Default D1SC vs F1

I have a heads cam car that i was wanting to put a procharger on for now tell i get a bigger motor with lower compresion and all the good stuff. Could i run a f1 and be ok do the make a pulley that will work to give a low boost rateing, tell i get a motor that can handle the more boost. I have a th350 and i would like to be make 600 plus.

That would work fine, if I had to do it over again, I would of upgraded to the F1 in the first place, I wasn't really planning on going big cubes as fast as I did, but thats what happens when your motor takes a poop........

I got the D-1SC for now on top of my 372c.i. motor, so we will see how that works with 15+ psi

yeah if you are going to build a motor, but if not then get the D1 it wil be plenty

Just what Scott said..The F1 is bigger and harder to fit with an air cleaner assembly.A D1 is a good setup for a stock ci motor.

I am not really in a problem of room or getting anything hooked up tp the air cleaner i have no power steering or ac i have a race water pump. And radiator is mounter farther forward. And i will be running a big front mount.

I do feel the F1 is a much higher quality compressor from ATI, they seem to have remedied some of the issues with the previous product line.
