Default What to do?

I have a blown head gasket on my stock ls1 with a t-trim blower on it.What would be the best thing to get it running on a budget and make it safer to run the 11 psi i was running before with the biggest pulley i could put on there.I was thinking replacing the heads to lower comp, adding arp head bolts, and maybe adding a blower cam.Keep in mind i want the heads and cam to work with maybe a future forged 347 or 383 shortblock i might buy in the future.Don't know if this is possible though.Any feedback would be appreciated.I sure miss those 550 ponies.

simple answer is a set of good 317 heads and GM MLS 6.0 head gaskets. I will leave the cam selection to the experts.

For a budget: 317 heads, ARP head studs, LS9 head gaskets, LS6 cam.
