Default Tial WG and Turbo XS boost controller help

Trying to figure it out but the Tial diagram isnt making much sense to me. Side port goes to the IM(thats all I have had hooked up), the top port goes to the BC and the BC T's in with the line goes from the sideport to the IM? Sounds about right?

If you are just using one of those manual air bleed boost controllers it just goes inline with the boost reference from the turbo. Then it bleeds air off so the wastegate thinks there is less boost than actual. Then higher boost levels achieved.

With a good boost spike 9 times out of ten too. I would get a low pressure air regulator and regulate pressure to the top of the gate to control boost.

what do you mean? My wastegate is hooked up wrong I believe. It will spike 12 psi then go back to 10 on the wastegate spring.

On the tial website they show it routed in a loop with a vent and a boost controller, but Ive never seen one in person to actually see how it runs.

Can you possibly give a better explanation?
