Low compression cam ?
Low compression cam ? This might belong in internal engine, but I thought there may be more people here with exp. with this.
Motor:
369ci Iron block
Stock crank and rods
Custom JE pistons
Balanced rotating assy.
To be 8.8:1 compression w/ 2800 vig stall
I will be running this NA this season. Anybody for FI donations ?
I am switching heads/cam tq converter for this year. I am amazed after taking this apart.
I found out I was at 8.09:1 last year.
67 cc heads, 28cc dish piston, 4.07" x .055" gasket. Funny thing is I ran last year with stock converter (best of 1.99 60') and got a 12.85 @ 109. 3500#. With baby CC 216/220 cam. 
I am switching to GTP S2 heads (60cc) and smallest head gasket I can find (fel pro 1041 thus far) to get 8.8 out of it, and am looking for a pretty agressive cam for it NA with (hopefully) plans for FI. Car is used street/strip. 70/30. I will retain A/C. Have ability to tune, or get tuned if needed.
