Default Max boost on a 9.5cr stock crank?

A buddy of mine was telling me that 15PSI is like the max boost on a forged 9.5 cr engine with a stock crank (Forged meaning) forged pistons and rods with all ARP fasteners? I always heard that the stock crank was good for 1000hp but he said his engine builder has a graph that shows that under 15 PSI the cr is like 14 to 1 or 15 to 1 which is pushing the limits of the stock crank? Is it true that the cr is more of a limiting factor then the HP?

Yeah it would matter more on that chamber pressures, not the HP. My engine is a forged 370 with stock crank built by LME, and they said I would be good for 800-850 to the wheel. Also that I could hit upwards of 1000rwhp but that would be pushing the limits and they said they wouldnt run it like that all the time. But 850rwhp is roughly 1000 flywheel, so I dunno.

You'll lift the heads before you break the stock crank on an otherwise built shortblock.
