Holset H1E?

Alright i found a pretty good deal on a Holset H1E and was wondering if this would be a good turbo for my build im looking to make about 700-750rwhp max just wondering if this turbo would make that without maxing it out.....

If anybody has any experience with them please chime in and let me know what you thought of them.....

If you can get some sizes and numbers off of it I have a buddy here in Afgan with me that can map it to see if its going to be good or not. I know that my turbo off of my 96 Cummins (HX35) is to small for an LS1. It has a 54mm inducer on it.
