vortec supercharger pulley Does anybody know were I can get a 2.95 pulley for the g-trim along with the template to redrill the tensioner placement and the belts that would fit this. Have any of you vortec owners done this and how much boost have you achieved? I have tried calling rmcr and have gotten no response. Looking to max out this blower.
You will need to go lower than 2.95 to max it out. I had a 2.95 on mine and got around 9 psi. 500rwhp. I have the RMCR setup now and they make 2.50 pulleys. That should MAX it out. To really get a gain you will have to upgrade to the v1 head unit and bracket they sell and bolt it on in place of yours. This will take the stock short block to the MAXX

Did you have to redrill your tensioner so the belt would not rub and what size belt did you use with that pulley? also were did you order the belt? I just purchased the 2.75 pulley and I was wondering how much smaller I need to downsize the belt.
