Default crank pulley to ati damper

i just installed my sdce crank pulley to my ati damper and i am not sure if i did this correctly. the ati damper has 12 total bolt holes. 6 of them are for longer bolts. 3 of these 6 have threaded bolt holes and the other 3 are not threaded. i did not use the threaded bolt holes. i also have A/C so that pulley is on there as well. is it ok to not use the threaded bolt holes?

My sdce pulley goes through the non threaded holes into the a/c pulley that has threads in it. The dampner itself is bolted to the threaded holes on the hub. I used a little loc tite and the torque wasnt very much 30 some pounds I believe.
