Alkycontrol re-builds pumps for around $100. He also recommends having pumps gone through every 2 years I believe.

With my application, am I better with a progressive or non progressive kit?

any opinions on this, I wanna order a kit in a next few days and I am having a tough time deciding if Im gonna spend 280 for a kit from AIS that isn't progressive or 680 on a alkycontrol kit that is progressive

You want to have a progressive kit.

thanks,last night i went to the alky control website and there is a lot of information explaining the difference between progressive and non, and I will def be going with the progressive now.
