A little update. The intercooler setup is mounted and plumbed. The blower unit fits nicely in its location and the best part, I will be able to install a air filter on her. Basicly, the setup looks like any other C5/C6 with a procharger. Other than having to get the Blower cog pulley milled down to 30mm wide, everything else is a normal bolt on Procharger Blower kit. I have done nothing out of the ordinary or fabricated nothing. A true F2 Procharger Cog Driven Bolt in kit. Everything I have got has been from Procharger! I will post up pics this evening.

Are you running a stronger billet bracket on that setup? I do believe you will have issues with that cog untill you get it stiff!! Hopefully I'm wrong

You don't put as much tension on a cog belt setup as you would on a serpentine rib setup. Also I have a dedicated belt just for the blower and the belt is only 53inches long.We will see. I have access to a CNC machine so if I need to make a thicker bracket, no issue.

I'm also interested to see what happens. I'm running an F2 with a short dedicated cog belt and it torqed my custom steel brakets all out of shape-completely ruined them...had to re-engineer everything and use 3/4" chromoly for everything and it still flexes.

You are correct that the cog setups don't have as much tension on them as a ribbed belt BUT what you are forgetting is that there is NO slip so the torque generated by the pulleys are significantly greater than a ribbed setup would ever be. And the power it takes to spin an F2 up top is significantly more than any other smaller unit. Honestly, think of 350hp going through JUST your cog belt and pulleys then design from there.

I have heard some people have issues and Ive heard some have no issues??
The vette will be on the road by the weekend, but doing some street tuning, and then I will hit the dyno next week and see what breaks. lol.

you should consider a belt guard, or you may very well ruin your hood...
