Another Ebay turbo kit

I was looking through ebay and found this kit...http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/97-02...t_11006wt_1042.

Do any of you guys with experience know if it will need a lot of modding to bolt it up and would it be worth it. Maybe upgrading the turbo, getting a nice intercooler, blow off, and boost controller?

Edit. is a 98 camaro Z28 with a 408 lq4

And you know that it doesn't include the turbo or anything right? Also, it's 1 3/4 primaries with like 2" exhaust. Answer is probably gonna be don't buy it.
