cog pulleys bare or anodized ?
Would cogged pulleys need to be colour anodized, hard anodized, or be ok left bare ?
I got new ones made for fitment later in the year, but forgot to mention I wanted them in black.
I have a local guy who can colour anodize ok....just not sure about hard anodizing.

They're aluminum so leaving them bare would be the same as leaving your cyl heads bare. Lack of maintenance will cause scale to form from oxidation, but nothing excessive
You'd have to push the bearings out of the idlers before the dip. Clear coating, painting, powder coating etc all are available. Dont think you MUST anodize
