any negatives to running a 4" crank?
other than the $900 and reduction in miliage are there any other reasons against a 4" stroke? i know the question of more stroke in a FI set up has been thru here before and from that i got that more cubes is always better, just want to see if there are any negatives that i am not aware of yet.
A 4.000 crank will give more cubes, more torque so you could in my opinion run lower compression like 8:1 and get away with a lot more power on pump gas.
That's pretty much the only reason I would do that except to run a forged crank.
