I need help!

Question I need help!

My belt just broke on my turbo ta what length is the serpentine belt on a ls1 with the alternator relocated to the top on the passenger side of the motor and what manufacturer do you prefer .The car stopped me tonite and temp went to 240 i looked under the hood and no belt so thanks in advance

who made your alt relo bracket and do you run the factory tensioner? best bet man is to wind a tape measure around the pulleys, drop 2 inches off that number and try it and see

Agreed. I keep the cardboard that my last belt came in in the car so that I have the part# when I need to replace it.

same here, keep it in a special folder with any and all car paperwork so i always know where its at too
