COOL!!! It looked good with the stock wheels. I'm going to paint it this winter and probably get another set of wheels (18s) to go on it.Originally Posted by BLUEBALLS ZZ
actually it wasn't a 6speed for most of its life. it was a turbo 400 most of its life. i swapped it to a t-400 back in 2002 ish if i remember right and it stayed that way up until the turbo build. Dom who bought the car from the original owner Brian then sold everything from the engine back and decided to put a 6 speed back in it with the turbo. it had a couple of nights out at the track, then it was traded in at cash for cars. thats when they converted it back to a t-400 again. RPM did most of the work on the car after DOM bought it from Brian. the car has a lot of history!

It's nice to see this thing making some passes. I remember watching the whole turbo build thread and the following for sale thread.
11 Second Club
You speak the truth i have read that thread about 5 times now, and ever since then i have been convinced to go turbocharged, my 402 isnt cutting it anymore after all these turbo videos,I love the single turbo idea.Oh Well The 402 has had a good run since 2006!!!Man I Love the single turbo this is what i am shooting for.

Sorry if you already mentioned it and I missed it what are you doing to keep the heads down or are just dealing with a little water.
Nice build and nice results.

They stay down fine till about 25psi. I dont plan to take it over that. We have had some boost creep issues and it has gone over, but it doesnt push "much" water.Originally Posted by laughatrice
