Eng. bearings for FI setups?
Eng. bearings for FI setups? What are you guys using as far as rod and main bearings for your FI builds. Is it worth the extra $$ for coated or some other specific type of bearings and why?

Its going to be a 383 with about 15 psi boost (maybe more down the road), and an occassional 100-150 shot of nitrous. Mostly street car with trips to the track, and lots of abuse. Its a toy.

my BBC truck, i put armor coated bearings rod/mains, it takes alot to hurt them, I payed the extra for my peace of mind, if you plan on a tear down every year then go stander non coated,
