What is the difference between a cam for a supercharged blower car Vs a cam for a naturally asperated car?

Overlap. NA cams have more.

Assuming there is point where you can't keep increasing intake duration to stay below a given max rpm, wouldn't you run as much or more exhaust duration, hence a big split, to get that exhaust charge out?

Higher numbers on the lift and duration on the exhaust side is typical of blower cams. The air is being forced in, so the intake side is not as critical, but the exhaust side of things needs all the help it can get to expel the spent gasses.
