red 95 t/a

I have a garret turbo that i got off a 1993-94 ford. I took the compressor housing off and measered the compressor wheel its 70mm,the a/r is .70.Is this worth using?? I have no clue about turbos lol. I dont want to put it on and choke the motor off at 4500.
Its going on a bolt on ls1 with a f14 cam. What kind of power you think?

I really wouldnt use it if anything look for a budget turbo such as a Master Power T70 great turbo for the price!
