where is everyone buyin there bracket kit at?

or pics of self made setups will work also

 

I went thru 2 home built kits before I bought the speed Inc set up. It is a nice piece. I just went and bought a mid 90's truck alternator and pig tail, saved 100 over buying their alternator.

 

there is a speedinc kit in the for sale section pretty cheap also fyi... how did everybody wire up there speedinc kit? the harness has 3 wires an the directions suck that i got

 

Search my name I have a thread stating which one but I think it is f and I had to run a 450 ohm resistor inline to get it to work

 

home built, had to make two minor adjustments during the first couple start ups but no problems since







i dont have an ls1 alt on my car, long story. you may have to mod the plastic back with the stocker

 

Mine is similar to his ^^, and I was using a ls1 alternator but had to remove the black plastic piece altogether to get it to fit. I will try and snap pics of it tonight.

 

tally where is the bracket mounted to?

the head or the water pump ?

 

tally, if I sent you my bracket could you fab it up for me? lol

 

or has anyone done a write up on this?? i would like to move mine as well??

 

the center hole on the bracket is mounted to what i would call the upper most hole farthest to the pass side on the cylinder head using a small spacer, and the slide type tensioner is mounted from the alt to the water pump where the stock tensioner mounted. had to take a little material off the alt here to get the alignment right

 

interesting, ive never looked at your belt system on your cars, didnt realize that your tensioner was in the same spot.

ill have to see if its worth it to me to my mine. my manifolds will likely have to point up
