Default oil pumps.. high pressure Vs. high volume

while i am rebuilding my motor for boost i am goin to put a new timing set on it and a new oil pump.. that way most everything is brand new in the motor ..

what is better for journal bearing turbo

high pressure or high volume?


sorry for the noob question but we all got to learn sometime right??

I would do a high volume low pressure. I'm building a TT Silverado and went with the melling. on my garrett 60-1's i've got 4an line in to a 3an T to then to the turbos with a .067 Nitrous jet for restriction.
