How would this cam be for my 421? 421ci. Probably going with a GT91, 317 heads ported, larger valves, looking for around 1000hp.
I picked it up awhile ago, got a deal on it, supposed to be for boost. Just curious what people think.

That's pretty mild. You will make the power though. It should be a kitten around town and spool quick.

Im sitting at 8.5:1 compression with the 317 heads. I might see if I can find a smaller chamber head to bump it up to 9:1 for E-85, I didnt have that in mind when I built the shortblock I wish I would have went a little higher on the compression.
