so people torque them to 110

id never go over 90# in an aluminum block with 11mm bolts.

in a iron ls2, i would go 100# w 11mm

and 115# w 1/2"

i torqued mine to 80# with stock size head studs and LS9 gaskets.

22 pounds on 317's with studs and cometic gaskets, no issues as of yet. 15 psi is a cake walk with good gaskets and studs.
