Turbo airflow + filters question

Turbo airflow + filters question I am running the APS turbos to around 18psi on my high boost setting. Currently, I have just a double layer of screens on each one but really want filters.
The Mitsu 20g turbos flow 650cfm @ 15psi
I have been chatting with K&N to try to find the right filter and they have some that flow 600-615 @ 1.5" H2O. Of course they have some that flow more, but inlet size and space limit my options.
How does the flow rate of the turbo compare to the specs that K&N gave me in inches of H2O ?? Are they directly correlated ?
