Thanks guys.

I sectioned/boxed the core support so the radiator sits inside it. The radiator is nearly vertical.

The front 5 inch downpipe section goes around the framerail (through the factory hole that the coolant resivoir once occupied.)

We will have pics of it installed in the car soon.

We can reproduce the system for in-house installations, once we are finished I will have to total the expenses and time. I am sure it will be pricey.

We use a local source for ceramic coating. We typically use a higher temp rated black coating ni this type of application, but i think the silver looks alot nicer, so I figured we see how it holds up.

probably cause you cant get it to fit through were it needs to be routed.

it does though help flow when you have it big then taper it down if compared to one standard size.
