Glad to see this piece getting more recognition. Mine fit perfect and the quality was second to none. Seems like more belt wrap than the SDCE, and they gave me the run around when I tried to contact them several times. Aster was always immediately available and informative!

Has anyone put some serious street mileage on this setup? Curious as to how the idler pulleys last over time when compared to the ProCharger setup.

My time with it may be seen as biased, and I have had a bit of down time over the last two years with fixing the motor, but I have about 8000 miles on the same pullies across the P1 and now the D1 with no issue so far. I did make it easy to swap just the bearings though rather than needing to replace the whole pulley when one eventually does fail. Just remove the snap ring, heat the pulley a little in the oven to release the bearing and press it out. Use a little bit of grease or retaining lube when pushing the new bearing in.

The bearings in the procharger pullies replace the same way. Little heat, press out, press in new bearings. Replaced them a couple times. My thinking is the small diameter of the idler pullies makes for higher bearing speed which wears them out quicker, and the smaller the pulley the shorter the bearing life.

Actually the only pulley that really sees high speed is the small idler over the stand off. At 1.75" diameter I chose to use two smaller high speed bearings, which to date have not given me any problems whose cages are rated higher than the RPM the bearing should ever see.

The other two pulleys are similar in size as existing idlers already on the engine, and those use the same bearings as the automotive pulleys.

Glad to see you two teamed up! I'll be needing one of these soon!!! Should the shim distance be about the same or does it need to be completely re-shimmed?

If there seems to be enough interest, I certainly would have no problem in doing a group purchase.

The bracket assembly includes the following pieces:

* New main bracket
* Three billet pulleys (1 8 rib tensioner pulley, 1 2.75" idler, and 1 1.75" idler)
* New AC Delco tensioner
* Stand offs between the motor and bracket
* 5 Socket head cap screws to mount the head unit to the bracket.
* 2 Socket cap screws to mount the tensioner to the bracket.
* 1 Socket cap screw to mount the main idler pulley to the bracket.
* 3 Metric hex head bolts to mount bracket to standoffs.
* 2 Threaded rods for mounting the bracket to the alternator bolt holes (Like the standard ATI bracket)
* Shim to sit behind the head unit pulley to ensure alignment.

Thanks! Bob
