So im switching over to a single 80 and i would like to see some pics of your cars with the exhaust exiting the front bumper/fender. Need some ideas. Would also like to know how loud it is. Gotta keep it as streetable as possible.

I don't think a big turbo with an exhaust exiting the front bumper is what you would consider "streetable" but I've seen crazier. Where do you plan on mounting the turbo? Front near the radiator, rear near the passenger side firewall, etc.? Does it have to be fender/front bumper exit? If I were you I would run full 4 in. exhaust all the way back, and just have a cutout that can open on demand. Burns stainless makes great 4 in. mufflers that you can use to quiet it down on the street, then cutout when you need the power.

The turbo is goin in the front between the water pump and radiator. As far as runnin 4inch out the back isnt gonna happen. way to heavy for me. Im tryin to keep it as light as possible. Im very weight conscience.

Really? Well I would say just trial and error. Cut a hole somewhere, and run it. Full 4 in. exhaust doesn't weigh as much as you think, and you'll make the power up by running the cutout when you need it. 4 inch alone will be VERY loud, and the bumper exit will be that much louder. Not very smart for the street, especially for cops. If they see a big hole in your fender with the exhaust, you're going to get a ticket for it. For streetability you could run a downpipe near the firewall and dump it right next to the transmission. About the same piping as the side-exit, but since you're that weight conscience, the piping going towards the back distributes weight better than having it near the front bumper which affects traction more negatively than the downpipe dumping next to the transmission.

Jake. I love that Camaro. But I gotta disagree with you saying that it will give an idea on sound. The mic on the camera cannot replicate the decibels that the actual car will produce. There's no other noise to compare it to either. It will be extremely loud, and probably wake up the neighbors when you leave in the morning, as well as probably set off a couple alarms. He did add the stipulation that he wanted the car as streetable as he possibly can.

i have 4" exhaust that comes out right in front of the front tire on my foxbody. its "street legal." its not that loud even when i am in it. only variable is the quick spool vavle. i can open it with air pressure at idle and it get louder. i can go rip on it down the street and have been told you cant here it until i am about 2 blocks away.
